I just don't understand why people watch the food network while working out at the gym. Yes, if I keep working out I'll be able to eat more but it seems counter productive to want to eat a donut after burning calories! I just wanna barf when it's on. Let me feel good about getting in a workout and the benefits of feeling good physically and mentally with the endorphins pumping. NOT make me finish a workout early so I can go home and pig out. Come on people. Eiyah.
